Fruity Power Smoothie - Loaded With Fruits And A Touch Of Protein
Here is a new combination for your post-workout that we just invented: a fruity power smoothie with apples, bananas, oranges, strawberries and a healthy dose of organic raw vegan protein.
You can add some ground flaxseeds for a nutty flavor and replace the filtered water with your favorite non-dairy milk, like almond, soy, or hemp milk.
Serves: 3 / Ready in: 5 minutes
- 1 organic apple
- 2 bananas
- 2 oranges
- 3 organic strawberries
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 teaspoon organic raw vegan protein powder (we prefer the brand-new "Dr. and D's Choice")
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend / pulse until everything is nicely mixed with some pulp remaining. This is a great smoothie after your morning workout or anytime you may like a fruity kick with a healthy dose of protein.
If you like a nutty flavor, add a few crushed almonds, walnuts, or flax seeds.
