These Healthy Breakfast Smoothies Give You More Servings Of Fruits, Vegetables, And Healthy Protein Than You Can Eat Otherwise!
There is nothing better than healthy breakfast smoothies to start your day light, but with a powerload of great nutrition! Liquefying your favorite fruits and vegetables makes their consumption easier for your digestive system and does not take energy away from other important organs.
These delicious healthy drinks are all vegan smoothies, and they also come with a good dose of healthy, plant-based, non-soy protein, which you can add at your discretion.
If you are used to sweeter fruit smoothies, I encourage you to try one of our green smoothies too. While spinach may sound like you're in for a bitter-tasting drink, you will be surprised! I am mixing the healthy greens with juicy fresh fruits, non-dairy milks and nuts to give you super nutrition and a great taste!
Blending and juicing your foods removes their fiber, which is important for your healthy metabolism, so I often add flaxseeds and flaxmeal into my healthy breakfast smoothies. They provide fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, while also adding a nice nutty flavor.

- The ultimate kale smoothie with banana for sweetness, hemp seeds for extra protein, and mint leaves for a great fresh taste.
- Healthy Strawberry Smoothie - this is a yummy combination of strawberries, peaches, almonds, and almond milk - easy, fast, but so good!
- Fruity Power Smoothie - all your favorite breakfast fuits and a good dose of organic raw vegan protein powder!
- Spinach Fruit Smoothie - don't worry about a green drink for breakfast! This smoothie combines the healthy spinach with mango, apples and oranges for just the right flavor mix.
- Spinach Smoothie - the greens get a nutty, crunchy flavor with flaxseeds and sunflower seeds, plus some sweetness from banana and strawberries - it's irresistible!
