Healthy Strawberry Smoothie Recipe With Peaches and Almond Milk
This is my new favorite breakfast smoothie in this season: a healthy strawberry smoothie with organic strawberries, a fresh peach, ground flaxseeds, a few crushed almonds, and delicous almond milk to top it off. Add more of the milk or some filtered water if you like your smoothies more liquid.
Serves: 2 / Ready in: 5 minutes
- 1 cup fresh organic strawberries
- 1 medium peach, cut into large pieces
- 1 teaspoon organic ground flax seeds (flaxmeal)
- 4-6 raw almonds
- 1/2 cup organic almond milk (or more if you like it more liquid)
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until everything is nicely mixed with some pulp remaining. Leaving some fruity bites and crunchy almond pieces makes this smoothie a great healthy and filling breakfast option for summer days!
Enjoy it as long as strawberries are fresh and in season. You can also spice this up with pumpkin seeds instead of almonds for a different touch.
