Raw Hummus Recipe With Organic Zucchini

If you want to try something really good for your body, try this fast and easy raw zucchini hummus recipe that uses organic zucchinis instead of chickpeas!
It's a super-delicious raw food recipe for a no-bean hummus. The benefit of raw unprocessed hummus is that it does not pack as many fat calories as the traditional version, and it tastes much fresher too
Great for: raw, heart healthy, low cholesterol, healthy snack, low calorie, vegan
Ingredients:
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- juice from one lime
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions:
Process zucchini, olive oil and garlic first in a food processor. Then add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. This is really yummy and much better than most chickpea-based hummus I have tried!
