Spinach Fruit Smoothie With Oranges, Apples, and Mango
This power smoothie is a raw vegan spinach fruit smoothie that comes with all the rainbow colors from its ingredients: spinach, apples, organges and mango.
Use your favorite non-dairy milk like soy, almond, hemp, or rice milk to dilute the juice. I personally prefer to simply add fresh lime juice and filtered water to this tasty smoothie.
For post-workouts I am also adding a tablespoon of organic raw vegan protein powder for some extra nutrition and muscle growing power!
Serves: 3 / Ready in: 5 minutes
- 2 oranges
- 1 mango
- 2 apples
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- organic raw vegan protein powder (optional)
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend / pulse until everything is mixed well with some pulp remaining. If you like it more liquid, use the puree or liquify options on your blender
